BioMon — a blood pressure and glucose tracker that’s easy to keep up with

A personal project I designed and built on my own — an ad-free iOS app that makes logging a reading quick, and turns it into something clear enough to show a doctor.

Why I built it

Tracking your health shouldn’t feel like a chore

Anyone keeping an eye on their blood pressure or glucose is often told to log it every day — but most apps make that harder than it needs to be. Logging a single reading takes too many taps, the data sits trapped inside the app, and the charts are hard to make sense of, let alone show a doctor. I wanted BioMon to do the opposite — quick to log, and useful between appointments.

What I designed

A few decisions that shape the whole app

BioMon is small on purpose. The decisions that matter most are the ones you barely notice while using it:

Fast data entry

Logging a reading takes a couple of taps, so the habit survives a busy morning. The faster the input, the more complete the data — which is the whole point.

Trends you can actually read

Readings turn into clear visualisations of how your numbers move over time, so you (and your doctor) see direction at a glance, not just today’s figure.

Your data, ready to share

One tap exports everything to CSV, Excel, or PDF — for your own records or to bring to an appointment.

No ads, no noise

A clean interface and full multi-language support, because a health app is something people open every day.

BioMon went from first idea to a published app on my own — concept, UX, interface, and release. It launched recently, and the first reviews are starting to come in.

What I’m taking from it
Metrics I’d love to measure as it grows
  • Whether people keep logging week after week.
  • How often they reach for the export before an appointment.

The real signs that BioMon has earned a place in someone’s routine.

“ Good for tracking blood pressure. Clean interface, easy to use, and no annoying ads! ”
